ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

Yes, we are able to cancel your order, as long as it hasn't started production. Typically production begins around an hour after ordering. Please contact us as quickly as possible after payment. Please note we are a small business based in Australia and may not be able to respond promptly to fulfil all cancellation requests. 

ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Our products are packed in robust packaging, however if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item (with photos) and we are able to send out a replacement free of charge. 

ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE / INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Please remember that our courier partners are only human and mistakes can happen. We are very sorry if you do not receive your parcel. If you are unable to rectify this with your local courier company, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we are able to send out a replacement free of charge.

If the delivery was unsuccessful where the customer is at fault - for example (but not limited to), the incorrect address was entered at checkout, there were multiple failed delivery attempts, parcel was not collected - the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs for a replacement order. â€‹â€‹

CHANGE OF MIND?

Unfortunately as we are a small independent business, the customer will have to pay for the cost of return shipping for 'change of mind' refunds. Our return address is located in Sydney, Australia so this may take up to several weeks depending on your location. Your refund will be processed as soon as we see proof of postage (e.g. postage receipt, tracking number).

 

We urge you to carefully consider each purchase prior to checking out to avoid any future regret. We have provided photos of each art print & have a sizing guide you can refer to. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
